Structure:
The Council of PsychoCorporal Integration Trainers (ICPIT) meets at least once a year.
The council has the following officers: President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, Editor-Coordinator.
The officers are elected for 2 years.
The duties of the elected officers are:
a.to be responsible for implementing the functions of ICPIT as outlined in section A
b. to plan the next meeting of the Council
c. to coordinate the agenda items for the next meeting which have been received from ICPIT members at least 2 months prior to the meeting
d. to send an invitation to all the members of the Council with the agenda for the next meeting at least 6 weeks prior to that meeting
e. to present a financial report for the previous year
f. to send a report of the Council meeting to the membership
g.to keep files on trainer agreements
The power of the Council of PsychoCorporal Integration Trainers (ICPIT) lies in the attending membership in any given year plus the proxy votes.
Any current ICPIT member may vote by proxy on an issue listed on the agenda for the next meeting, which has to be distributed 6 weeks prior to the meeting.
The Council has the power to change the guidelines and rules only when those changes have been announced as a topic of discussion in the agenda sent out before the meeting.
The seat of the Council is at the Secretarys address.
The Council may only be disolved by two thirds of the current membership through a direct or proxy vote, the proposal having been announced on the agenda prior to the meeting. The assets to be given to a selected charity.
C. Membership:
Members of ICPIT-EI are required:
a. to be certified trainers of Energetic Integration
b. to sign an agreement to follow the rules of the council
c. to attend an annual council meeting at least every two years. If unable to attend, to send a written report on present activites and comments on the agenda to the secretariat well in advance of the meeting.
d. to pay the annual membership fee (currently Euro150 each year, which currently also covers the ICPIT membership fee)
We are requesting all trainers to support us by being a member of the Council and to attend meetings, if at all possible
If members of ICPIT fail to pay for 2 years, they are no longer active ICPIT members: they are therefore no longer entitled to offer trainings in Energetic Integration nor to join council meetings.
Trainers may become inactive if they are not giving a training, not pay membership fees, do not wish to attend and vote at council meetings.
Should an inactive trainer decide to start giving trainings again and when publicity about a training is announced, he or she needs to rejoin the council (ICPIT) in order to give EI trainings and offer EI diplomas. This includes signing the current trainer agreement, paying the current membership fee and coming to council meetings at least every 2 years.
When a trainer rejoins ICPIT, he or she agrees to follow the current conditions of membership of the Council and the current guidelines for trainings and pay the current fees.
All new trainers worldwide are required to join ICPIT the year they apply for Trainer status. In subsequent years they have the choice of being a member of the Council, depending on whether they are active in offering a training or not. New trainers will have no separate agreements with ICRI.
On any ICPIT information only trainers who are Council members will be listed as EI trainers (ie. those who have paid their membership fees for the current year, March 1 to March 1). Presently inactive trainers are not to be listed as trainers in any list going out to the public.
